This series of three 15-minute modules are designed to support mentor teachers as they work with a mentee and/or colleague, with an emphasis on supporting student learning. Although the modules focus on mentoring a novice teacher, the strategies highlighted in these modules can be used to support and coach pre-service, novice, or veteran teachers. The modules feature engaging animations and authentic cases at the elementary, middle, and high school levels to highlight best practices in mentoring and giving feedback. You will learn what to talk about and how to structure and facilitate a mentoring conversation.
